A classic blend of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes hand-picked from the terraces of the Langhe vineyards. Treated using the classical method, this delicious sparkling wine is bottle fermented for at least 36 months. Refined and sophisticated on the palate for the customers who love traditional, robust sparkling wine. With DOCG classification, Elèm Alta Langa is a superior sparkling wine, from one of the best vineyards in the Piedmont region. Its robust body sits well with white fish and white meats. TASTING NOTE: Soft, morning sun yellow with a backdrop of fine and lasting bubbles. On the nose there is a mineral, citrus fruit driven scent and the palate is elegant with a long, crisp dry finish.
