The wine comes from the northern part of the southern island. In the nose it is a delicious fragrant wine with notes of gooseberry, citrus and that characteristic New Zealand sauvignon fragrance. The taste is crisp and fresh with apple, citrus, peach and apricot. The Hans Greyl sauvignon blanc fits perfectly with salads, goat cheese dishes and for example as an aperitif.
